Testimonials

"When the fire occurred we were given a number of companies to use that specialized in fire restoration. Your name kept popping up, now I know why. You and your entire team are not only tremendously dedicated to doing the job right, but you have been incredibly compassionate as we had to go through everything from the process of documenting and disposing of our possessions, to working with your architect to redesign our house, and making all the tough decisions about restoring the important features of our house. Just incredible!"

— Robert Rickert (Lincolnshire, IL)

"My experience of working with McMahon Construction has been very enjoyable. We have had several projects contracted and completed with McMahon Construction over the years. All of our projects started with a vision. Jerry McMahon would meet with us first to discuss the viability of the project and offer suggestions and comments on the ease or difficulty of each. On several occasions, my husband was particularly pleased when Jerry would offer less expensive options. McMahon Construction made sure that we were happy at every stage throughout the project. Having good communication eases the construction process. We enjoy our completed projects and have only positive memories of our experience with McMahon Construction."

— Barb Dolan (Mundelein, IL)

"We recently employed McMahon services to deal with a non-total loss house fire in our home. Now that our house has been restored, and we are back home, I would recommend McMahon services without reservation to anyone requiring fire/water restoration. We learned there are a few different things to deal with in the process of restoration: First, your stuff. You probably have a lot of it. We sure did. And thinking about what is going to happen to your stuff is overwhelming. McMahon services will deal with all of it. Not kidding. From large furniture to individual coffee cups (to every single picture that my daughter drew for me that was taped to my office wall), they will categorize and move all of your items to a warehouse, where it will be cleaned/restored as needed. Second, when getting ready to repair/restore your house, you will have to deal with a bunch of paperwork, the insurance company, the mortgage company, etc.... McMahon was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process and keeping the process moving as quickly as possible. They were always available via phone or email to answer questions timely, and were extremely flexible in dealing with our individual requests. Finally, the quality/craftsmanship of the work done by McMahon was impressive. They did not cut corners. In addition, there were areas of the restoration where we wanted to get involved to make some changes/modifications, they listened, offered opinions and got the changes done. In areas that we didn't want to deal with, they made the right choices and did quality work. The process of dealing with a house fire wasn't easy, but I give thanks to McMahon services for providing professional, courteous, and quality service when we needed it."

"It has been a real pleasure working with you,and I am so happy with the outcome of the project. I feel a real pleasure when I walk around the new addition. I remember meeting with you one year ago and now it is real and done. Thank you!"

"My builder was McMahon Construction in Mundelein, 566-4568.  Jerry really worked with me and "hung in there" with all the waiting and delays at the County end.  He's been in business for a long time and is respected. Construction was great and was completed exactly when he said it would be.  Very fair pricing."

— Lori H (Libertyville, IL)

"I am writing this letter to let you know how pleased I am with the services provided me by Andre and Paul. I had some deep cracks in the walls and ceiling which were repaired, painted and no longer visible.  I can assure you when I need more painting done, or any of the other services you offer, I will be sure to give you a call.  I will definitely recommend your company to my friends.  Customer service, which is rare these days, is very important to you and therefore reflects on the "top quality" service you afford your customers."

— Marian R. (Hawthorn Woods, IL)

"Dear Mike, I just wanted to compliment you for the fine work your crew performed at our home last week. They worked very hard and were so neat. Every evening after their work was complete, they cleaned everything and left it neat as a pin. I just wanted to let you know that we appreciate the excellent job they did painting our home. We will recommend your company very highly to our friends and neighbors.  If you ever need a reference, we would be happy to oblige."

— Liz (Barrington, IL)

"Dear Mike, I just wanted to compliment the two men who worked on our house. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and conscientious about putting things in order before they left. People are quick to complain when there is a problem, but too often a job well done is ignored.  The two men who worked at my home did an excellent job."

— Therese M. (Mundelein, IL)

"I write this letter to you with great pleasure. I thought it was important to communicate to you my gratitude to both you and your company for a job well done at both my own home as well as my client's. I thank you again for your quick, honest and quality service.  You shall remain
in my mind for future flood and restoration needs."

— Daniel (Gurnee, IL)
